**Currently not accepting new lash extension clients.** At Fuzion Beauty Bar, I offer lash extensions, permanent jewelry, and custom spray tans. I also do mobile spray tans! I do permanent jewelry at my studio, but I am also available for pop-ups, markets & parties! My studio is located in downtown Valpo. Feel free to message/text me with any questions! Cancellation Policy
A $25 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL BE USED TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. IF YOUR APPT IS RESCHEDULED 24+ HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPT, DEPOSIT WILL BE USED FOR RESCHEDULED APPT.
IF APPT IS RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 24HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPT, A NEW DEPOSIT IS REOUIRED AND PREVIOUS DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF CLIENT DOES A NO CALL/NO-SHOW, DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. A-NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE.
